The Notorious IBE is an interntional annual Hip Hop dance event which take places in Heerlen, in the Netherlands. It lasts for three days giving the opportunity to individuals and crews to battle and meet each other. There are also shows, workshops, talk shows, art exhibitions and music performances, all with the aim of developing the bboys’/bgirls’ skills and Hip Hop culture.
